Captain Michael Neal is a world traveler who settled in Savannah a few years ago to start a successful charter boat business. While in the army and later as a civilian military advisory, Michael worked in South Korea, Saudia Arabia, Tunisia, and the Marshall Islands in the South Pacific. Later, he worked as a diving instructor on a Caribbean cruise ship.
He then trained at the Maine Maritime Academy, where he obtained a 100 ton Masters license. He went on to manage a marina on Hilton Head Island, SC, and then the Bull River Marina. He is currently the owner of Bull River Cruises.
